John T. Cotton - Founder & CEO

John has served the financial services industry since 1974 as entrepreneur, CMO of a $70 million financial services company, founded IntegratedQSG in 1999 and BankBIZOnline, an internet-based educational resource, in July of 2007. Under his vision and direction, IntegratedQSG has served over 155 community banks in 19 states by enhancing employee performance and increasing shareholder value. Over 300 other community banks have benefited from the firms consulting services. John has been a faculty member for the Alabama Banker’s School, is a frequent guest speaker for bank conferences and conventions and has been published in a variety of banking publications. He is a graduate of High Point University in North Carolina.

Lisa Fleming - Vice President of Marketing & Client Services

Lisa has 20 years experience in the banking industry with an $80 billion bank. Lisa’s experience in Operations, Programming and Training afforded her the opportunity to excel in developing and delivering training across the company in areas from front-line customer service and supervisory training to back-office computer skills and procedures development. She also served as a college instructor for five years and was consistently one of the highest ranked faculty members. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Montevallo, AL and is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development.

Pam Stadler - Senior Vice President

Pam has been a banker serving multiple positions in management, investments, lending and service & sales performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has AAS degree in Accounting. Pam has served on the Wisconsin Bankers Sales and Leadership Student Board. She has authored numerous articles and has been a frequent banking guest speaker in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana and Georgia earning high evaluations for her content, delivery and expertise. Pam is a high energy adviser specializing in results-based employee performance in the customer experience, business development, customer retention and strategic planning.

Nancy Alcorn - Professional Development Manager

Nancy began her financial services career in 1983. She has been an Account Executive of a nationally recognized investment brokerage firm eventually becoming the Chief Compliance Officer. She was responsible for all facets of the firms’ nationwide community banking relationships. Her 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience with bank customer service, human resources and employee development serves her IntegratedQSG clients exceptionally well with expertise and talent. Nancy’s vast experience working with retail investment, insurance and wealth management advisors in the banking arena, provides her clients with a valuable added resource. Nancy has a Business Administration degree from Samford University and holds Series 7, 65 & 24 licenses.
